Deliveries & Returns
All prints are sent out using the Royal Mail here in the UK, these are then handed over to the national postal service of the country of destination. Any prints outside the UK are tracked for reliability and peace of mind. To protect your order, no more than 3 prints are placed in one tube (unless A3 which are instead placed in a much larger A1 tube), therefore any orders over 3 prints will incur an additional charge as will an order over any further multiples of 3. This is to cover the cost of the extra/larger tube and postage cost. These additional charges do decrease as the order gets larger.
We aim to process all orders and ship them within 1-2 working days. No orders are processed or shipped between Friday and Sunday or on UK national holidays. Any orders placed between these days will be processed the next available working day.
Orders are sent via the Royal Mail first class. Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days.
USA - *PLEASE BE AWARE OF POTENTIAL USPS DELAYS*

Royal Mail and USPS state that delivery time is 5-7 working days, however since Christmas USPS keep holding some packages for longer periods of time without explanation. If this is the case with your order, please be patient and try and contact USPS to get them to move it along, it's not lost, it's just delayed in a backlog. In the meantime I am working hard to find a new, reliable distributer for a similar cost.

Please note that A3 prints should fit through standard letter boxes. A2 prints should also, however some deliveries may require you to be in to collect your print.

Sometimes orders will get stuck on route, most commonly at the sorting office on route. If your tracking information is showing this, please contact the postal service directly first. National postal services do not offer much help for international distributers until items have been in the system for 30 days. If you speak to them directly you will receive much more assistance and success at getting your order moving sooner.

While we do our best to ensure all items arrive to you in excellent condition, some prints may get damaged in transport. If you receive a damaged item, we will be happy to supply a replacement or a refund if no replacement is available. If you have a problem with your order please first get in touch with us using the shop contact form stating the problem and your order reference number. From here we can then begin the process of your replacement or refund. In the case of a damaged item, please be prepared to supply photographs of the damage.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To return an item for a replacement or refund, first please get in touch with us at shop contact form stating the problem and your order reference number. To return the item, enclose a note with your name, order reference number and a description of the fault. Package the item securely and return to the address below.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after delivery as long as the items are in their original and sale-able condition. To cancel your order, please first let us know that you would like to cancel your order at shop contact form. To Cancel your order, please write 'cancel order' on the invoice and return the whole package to the address below. Send the parcel by Recorded Delivery, we can not give you a refund if the package is lost in transit. Please ensure the items are strongly packaged. If they are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund. After receiving the parcel we will refund your credit/debit card within 30 days. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs incurred to get the package back to us.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS RETURNED TO YOU?
If we have a package returned to us we will be in contact with you to discuss re-sending it to you. Please note that if it was returned to us because of an incomplete address or it was not collected from a local depot we will be required to charge you for postage costs of returning it to you.
If you missed the delivery and do not collect your order from the Post Office within the allocated time (usually 18 days) and it is dispatched back to us but lost in the post, we are unable to send a duplicate or a refund.
